WHat DOes Rachel Bring to the Gym
You can lift and train with us in the gym through small group personal training and 1-1 sessions. You can develop and master physical and mental skills, get outside your comfort zone and support growth in adult gymnastics, NinjaFit, or stand up paddle boarding. You can learn about the metabolism and nutrition so you are empowered to eat + do what works for you personally and get long term results through nutrition + lifestyle coaching.
You can join us because for fun and recreation, for fitness, or for some real competition (yes we even have teams that race and compete!). You can even fine tune your performance, balance, mobility, weaknesses or general fitness in our Fusion Classes or a custom training program.
