How can we help you?
Our operating hours may vary depending on the season, weather, and business. We typically open at 11:00 AM and will close at 7:00 PM Sunday through Friday, and 8:00 PM on Saturday.
We are located at 108 Buckwalter Parkway Suite 2F, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910.
We do not have a general admission price at The Zone. You may purchase activities individually, or for the best value, purchase one of our Passes for multiple activities at a discounted price!
We strongly recommend booking ahead for Escape Rooms and Batting Cages, but we also accept walk-ins if we have openings available. You can book online, or by calling us at 843-836-3700. Every other activity does not require any sort of booking.
Our Passes are valid for the day you purchase and you can repeat the activities in your choice of five. Mix and Match the activities however you wish; in other words, you can do one of everything and repeat your favorite for your last activity, play one activity over and over, or any combination in between.
Our activities are geared for 4 years old and up. No children under the age of 4 years can go into or participate in any activity. We typically suggest participants be at least 5 years old for our activities to fully appreciate and understand the games. To ride the Mechanical Bulldog, you must be at least 48” tall. For the Ninja Course, we recommend the participant to be at least over 48” in order to be able to attempt a majority of the obstacles.
It is not a requirement to have closed-toe shoes on for Laser Tag. The only activity that requires closed-toe shoes is the Ninja Course. Running is also prohibited in the Laser Tag arena, so sandals and flip-flops are just fine!
We offer limited food and drinks on the property. There are numerous restaurants around us. We do NOT allow guests to bring their own food.

Participation at NINJA G.O.A.T. at the Zone ranges from 4 to 99 years old. Guests that just barely meet a height minimum of 42 inches (preferably 48 inches) and a weight minimum of 40lbs, and have good fitness capability should be able to attempt, and possibly complete a majority of the obstacles in The Zone.

Escape Game FAQ’s
Escape rooms are the newest in live, interactive entertainment! “Locked” in a room with other participants, you will work together as a group to find clues, solve a series of puzzles, and ultimately escape before your time runs out.
Fair warning: escape rooms are highly addictive!
It is true that the main entry door will be locked until you complete the game. However, all rooms are equipped with an exit button in case of emergency, so you will always have the option to leave at any point.
Our games are designed to accommodate everyone. However, some elements have smaller spaces incorporated to enhance gameplay. No door will lock behind you as you progress through the game, and in the event of an emergency, you can leave the room at any point. You will have up to 1 hour in each room to achieve your goal, escape, and win the game.
Our Escape Rooms are designed for groups of 2-8 players. For larger groups, we recommend splitting up into different rooms.
All slots in a room are booked first come, first serve. In order to book a private event, you must book all available slots for that timeframe. If there are open slots available, you may be paired with other participants.
Yes. Your escape guide will monitor your progress in order to provide assistance with your game experience; when you are stumped, feel free to ask for clues!
Considering you are reserving time slots, we require full payment at the time of booking. You can book online or over the phone with a credit card, or you can reserve in person with cash or card.
Generally, game slots fill up quickly. If you have a specific time, date, and room in mind, be sure to book as soon as possible! You can book online, or by calling us at 843-836-3700.
We have a strict no cancellation policy. We will gladly attempt to reschedule a time with at least a 24 hour notice.
We strongly encourage participants to check in 15 minutes in advance of scheduled game time. Due to time constraints and other guest experience, late participants will not be allowed in the room once a game has started.
The only thing you need to bring is your brain – everything else is provided for you in the room!
The Escape Room experience is not always about the “escape” as it is about challenging yourself and working with friends and strangers alike to conquer the obstacles in front of you. Make sure to utilize your clues when you feel stumped! Although conquering the game is quite satisfying, do not be discouraged if you cannot escape in time!
All photography is strictly prohibited; however, there will be ample time after the game to take pictures with teammates.
