Ninja Classes
Our Ninja Warrior training classes are broken down into three sections that need to be mastered in order to have a chance at defeating the ANW course.
Skills
Each class we pick 2 – 4 main obstacles to tackle. Each obstacle is broken down into the individual skills needed to overcome that obstacle. A ninja warrior needs to be able to draw from a multitude of skill sets in order to overcome the large amount of ever changing obstacles. Our class training teaches skills from various disciplines including parkour, gymnastics, rock climbing, and more.
Strength
The obstacles of Ninja Warrior take strength to overcome, both physically and mentally. We train our strength to be functional and aid in our body movement. No lifting weights here, just body weight. Each classes’ strength training is geared towards building the strength to defeat your obstacles. We make sure that each strength training exercise you do has a purpose.
Endurance
You can be strong as a bull, but when your endurance runs out, you WILL fall off the obstacle. Strength and skill mean nothing when you reach your cardiovascular limit. Our class incorporates Ninja Warrior courses, run again and again to make sure you build the endurance needed to make it through an entire Ninja Warrior competition run.
Our Coaches Are Second To none
Here at The Zone the coaches have worked very hard to put together a step by step, progressive curriculum that teaches the arts of Ninja Warrior Obstacle Racing. Our curriculum has 4 levels, each one building progressively upon the last, to build you from the ground up. Greatest Of All Time (G. O. A. T.)
Each new student begins their Ninja journey in classes focused primarily on safety techniques and body position/awareness. During the classes, each student is continuously evaluated to see which skills need to be worked at their level. Once an athlete has mastered all of your Floor, Walls, and Bars skills for their level, the athlete will be awarded the next Rank starting with G. Moving up to a new Rank unlocks new skills to learn and new lanes that an athlete can train in!

Curriculum Cards and how to Rank Up
Curriculum Cards (also known as evaluation Sheets) and Ranking Up are two fundamental aspects of The Zone that are as important as they are shrouded in mystery. Well, perhaps shrouded in mystery is too extreme a term, but exactly how the two work, and their requirements are not always common knowledge. So today, we are going to dig into Curriculum Cards and Ranking Up, discovering how they were created, what they signify, what the requirements are to Rank Up!
G – Beginner Ninja Warrior and Safety
O – Intermediate Ninja Warrior skills
A – Advanced Ninja Warrior skills
T – Expert Ninja Warrior skills
The Curriculums
There are several unique classes offered at The Zone, with each of them having their own curriculums. Each curriculum has 4 levels, starting at G, moving through O, A, and ending with T. Every new student, regardless of their background, or skill level, starts as a with earning The G. This level is where students begin learning their basic safety and coordination skills, creating a solid foundation for the more advanced skills learned in higher Rank classes. Everyone starts at the same stage, to make sure they have ALL the skills they will need in the higher Ranks, not just most of them.
